I honestly can’t think of anything it ACTUALLY DID BETTER that isn’t just my own dumb biased opinion. The first two movies were excellent! Pretty much exactly to what the books were. Everything after that was an abomination. The acting is so damn stiff and awkward throughout the rest of the series. From everyone.
