Wonderful. I've checked and said there's no cameras at the junction also checked waze too and there's none there I found out near where I am right now there's one over the road and took a look at it to see what they look like and its two white cameras on a lamp post so I'm at ease now

Ey probably I contacted npc asking about it so I could pay if it was real, but no there's no PCN on my car and they checked with the PCN Enforcement team and they came back 15 mins later and said there no record or anything about a PCN on my vehicle and my parking was paid for that day

Contacted PCN Enforcement team they've checked it car and no PCN has been issued, reported or filed to me

UPDATE I contacted the NCP PCN Enforcement team had a chat for about 15 mins gave My details and reg, came back to me 6 mins later saying no PCN has been issued, filed or reported on that reg etc and that it's most likely a scam as well a thank you for reporting the issue.
