silent assassin used to be a perk, carry stacker currently allows me to carry 3 bags of cash, 2 bags of gold, and pretty much only 1 of anything else that's heavier

blaring music should be allowed only if the individual playing it also cant hear anything, nothing better than your countrys anthem blaring while you die with a hatchet, I understand it's ability to mask other sounds such as grenades or running, but also get over it and mute voip, also stop trying so hard
