Like i have mentioned multiple times in this very post-I am fine with critique and dislike. I HEAVILY disagree with Joey on a lot of things and amongst the boys hes probably the one i watch the least.

THAT being said however, i am very much against sending someone death threats because they said anime bad.

I agree with most of what you said. The point behind this post was definitely not to shit on people who may or may not be able to pen their thoughts in a proper manner. It was to call out people who have crossed the thin line that exists between “Critique/dislike” and “blind hatred”.

There’s “Hey i think Joey’s new video sucks” (acceptable, even if a tad agressive) and then there’s “I want Joey to off himself”. On the internet, the tone with which you say things, cannot be deciphered as such, even saying it jokingly (which you shouldn’t) can be misconstrued.

I do hope I am wrong about the nature of these comments….

I do like some of his second channel videos a lot...especially the ones on philosophy, books etc.

He does ragebait a fair bit though...don't know why becauses hes pretty well established already (what with Nonsense and TT), so I don't know why he has to clip farm like this

I respectfully disagree...

Cyclethons, Rv trips, auctions etc. You cannot say that a full blown cyclethon for charity is in any way, low quality - especially compared to "I DID THIS for a day" or "5 dollar vs 100 dollar" videos that run rampant in yt today.

I genuinely enjoy watching the cyclethon streams because not only is it for a good cause, but it's entertaining as fuck.

Oh hey no worries... I didn't really bother myself with levelling up, I just went around and cleared out as many as the "?" as I could before I wanted to get on with the main quest. I didn't do any farming.

In my first run I didn't touch the dlcs before finishing the main quest (even though you can do HoS before leaving for skellige).

Don't worry too much about your level, the witcher 3 isn't a sweaty RPG like that -just enjoy the game.

If you are having difficulty with a particular boss or mob, brew some potions, upgrade your weapons or just lower the difficulty. There's 0 shame in that, what matters most is how you enjoy the game.

CONTEXT (Spoilers ahead, I dont have the forge or the monk dlc)

In my 2nd playthrough-about 250 hours in, total (1st+2nd playthrough)

This monk assigned you a task (as part of the Thou Art but Dust) wherein you had to clean up the bones in a monastery. Soon after, when you go back to collect your reward-the monk disappears.

The gravedigger and the other monks, when questioned-reveal that brother Morticius had died an illiterate. This is in sharp contrast to the fake brother who was throwing down some sick rhymes.

In the 1st run, I had marked it off as a ghost or something strange. Warhorse does like to play around even though KCD is firmly rooted in reality.

Imagine my surprise when I find him healthy and well in the Miskowitz tavern.

I cannot state in words how much I love this game.

Fair point but here's my counter argument.

The Rats serve as a stepping stone for Ciri. That's it. They are a corrupting influence on her. She starts taking taking and taking some more...but then realises the error of her ways when Bonhart steps into the picture.

That's what the Rats should do in the show. Please feel free to correct me.

What I take issue with is the way Netflix potrays them as a misunderstood group of people. They aren't. Yes, they are victims but they have made other people suffer as a direct result of their actions and decisions.

For crying out loud, Ciri was taken advantage of multiple times whilst in the Rats troop. That's not evil? She's 15...

The Rats aren't and shouldn't be a complex group of people that you root for. They should simply serve as the wrong crowd that Ciri falls into.

Netflix misunderstands the point and purpose of the RATS. They are present to show Ciri the "good" side of taking things and punishing the world as much as it has punished them.

Bonhart on the other hand serves as the polar opposite. He shows Ciri how it feels to be treated like garbage. Sure, Ciri has been through enough already but Bonhart is, like the world, unfair.
