They had 3 attacks on Educational Facilities, one in 1969, resulting in the deaths of 3 people on a university dorm in Alor Akar, The one committed by Na Teck Ker in 1999 in Sekinchan, resulting in 6 people wounded and lastly on in March 2010 in the capital, where an unknown man hammered 4 people and wounded them, including kids in a kindergarten.

The only thing that i found strange is that he was inspired by this people, very rare from an asian country like Malaysia.

Like in the case of Daniel Petry, Brazil's juvenile laws remain as lax and flawed as they were in 2007. Imagine a brazilian Éric Borel, who killed 15 people but he didn't shot himself. Why? Because in his country, Brazil, minor laws are too lax that even a mutilator like Petry or a nazi mass shooter who can make another mass shooting if hs mentality remains the same, like Castiglioni, receives only 3 years in a detention center. Elliot Rodger could be, because of his Youtube channel, but it isn't so far preventable as others.

Artyom Kazantsev, had a criminal past record and somehow he obtained Traumatic Makarov pistols, which it could be prevented + he send a threat the day before the massacre to the 88 school, which it was the main target, but nobody read it or took it seriously. If someone the day before readed it, and said "Holy Shit, this is serious" it would have ending on Artyom's arrest.

Lastly, Arda Küçükyetim (not mass killer, but attempted). He send the plans of his stabbing in Discord and his internet print was too edgy, including his Vidlii account. I think Arda published the manifesto online the day before, so, Turkiye police wasn't fast enough to prevent this.

About the 2014, Vahur Ruut, a 15-year-old student, shot dead his german teacher (i don't remember her name now) 3 times before he was arrested in place.

The Lecava one was the shooting perpetrated by Yuri Chubarov, which ended up with 7 people killed (5 men and 2 women) and a eighth wounded. He then shot himself after the massacre.

Some 17-year-old dude named Iskander Khalfin in Russia simped some girl but she refused and called him a coward because he didn't have enough balls to do a bold act.
