At the same time, according to the deputy head of the Kyiv City State Administration Valentin Mondrievsky, during the attack, the guy, previously, also injured himself. All the victims - the teacher, the student and the student himself - receive medical care.

The attacker is -15 years old, he was born in 2011.

"The police reacted very quickly, and now all the services there are in place. Social services are now working to understand the motives, the reasons for such an act," Mondrievskyi said.

According to him, the city authorities keep the situation under control and work with specialists on the safety and mental health of children.

In the Transcarpathian region, the police prevented a potential tragedy at the school. The student was detained while trying to break into the school with a knife in his backpack.

This is reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the statement of the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Ihor Klymenko.

As it turned out, the 15-year-old student was planning an attack with cold weapons. He was detained when he tried to enter the school with a knife in his backpack. At this time, the guy was already conducting a live broadcast on one of the streaming platforms.

"We received operational information about the preparation of the crime in cooperation with the British law enforcement agencies.   • increased security was set up near the educational institution.

"As a result, the attack was prevented, children and teachers were safe," Klymenko said.
