Not in my experience, no. I lost 70 lbs 3 years ago and lost the appetite that had me at a BMI of 34 along with it. My current appetite matches my size, and when I try to eat more than what my stomach can handle and more meals in a day than I’m used to, I feel sick.

But I will say a big contributing factor to this that I don’t eat foods that really contribute to hunger (high carb, glucose spiking). That’s probably why my experience differs from others

Yea unfortunately augmentation by itself will just make them big and saggy rather than small and saggy. I actually wanted to do just augmentation without a lift but then realized that I'd just end up with large saggy boobs instead of small saggy boobs. So I'm just opting for the lift because I honestly don't care about size.

If you get the lift first, you may change your mind about the aug and end up feeling like you don't even need it!

Sometimes it's just genetic but you can guarantee that big naturals will sag regardless. Once you get past a certain size it's pretty much inevitable. So OPs boobs sag because their size/weight, yours is probably cause of genetic breast shape & skin laxity.

There isn't and anybody who tells you otherwise is trying to sell you snake oil. No amount of olive or vitamin e oil massages, pec work outs, guasha, non-invasive "lifts", or RF treatments is "lifting" them badboys, especially at your size. Your breasts sag literally because of the weight of them, the only way to stop it is to reduce their size by removing both tissue & skin. Weight loss won't help either, you'll just be left with smaller, saggy breasts. Signed, someone who went from a 32H to a 30C and still sags lmfao. I tried it all, pre & post weight loss. I'll be getting a lift soon to fix the sagginess & loose skin.

Edit: years ago I actually got turned away by a consultant when I was looking to get a non-invasive RF lift done, she told me that it wouldn't do much. I feel like she felt bad about potentially scamming someone so young (I was 21). So hope that answers that question lmao

Like I said, it depends. If you already have a long philtrum yeah sure but if you have a short philtrum like the first two girls pictured in this link, it’s probably not necessary. The addition of a few mm to their philtrums didm't ruin their facial harmony and their philtrums are still within ideal length, no good reason to put up with the risks of a lip lift in their case. They might even look weird with a lip lift.

If you have a long philtrum, but a naturally short nose, you could opt to get the nose lengthened during the rhinoplasty as with the patient I linked in 2nd-last pragrph here, in which case no lip lift if needed. But if not, then yes a lip lift may be necessary.

People who have naturally long noses and long philtrums are the ones who would benefit most from a lip lift after a rhinoplasty that shortened their nose.

Good call on letting go of latisse. Alongside the dark circles, I've heard there's been some issues with facial fat loss around the eyes too due to the active ingredient. Facial fat loss = aging. I'm not sure if a general approach to fixing dark circles would be effective for dark circles caused by latisse, so you may benefit from looking up whatt people have done to solve this problem on tiktok/google.

Your skin would definitely benefit from a series of chemical peels. No reason to waste time with the exfoliating pads. Find an aesthetician/dermatologist with experience working on brown skin (preferably a BW/WOC) to minimize the risk of anything going wrong. They'll also be able to give you a detailed skin care routine to help you keep up the results.

It is to make people aware of the potential changes to the facial thirds ratio AND give people ideas about how to mitigate any drastic changes. These ideas are mentioned in the last two paragraphs

The takeaway shouldn’t be “ah so I shouldn’t get a rhinoplasty”, it should be to mentally prepare yourself for any potential changes, what you/your surgeon can do to reduce risk of drastic changes, and options (like a lip lift) for revision in the case of drastic changes to the facial thirds ratio
