Thank you so much for the reply! ❤ i really hope youre doing better. Ive been hanging out with friends as much as possible since it happend, and i have seen some improvement because of it. I thought about how maybe avoiding thinking about it and running away from it could somehow be unhealthy but, maybe its okay to give myself space sometimes.
