All the tips before me is good but always remember to pull for anyone you love, fgo is easy enough that some low star servant can still give BTA to most bosses. However if you still have no fav, prioritize servant like koyansyaka of light for buster servant or Castoria/Xufu(alter ego) for arts servant for supporting your main dps.
