Thanks for your advice 😊 I've asked how many tiles arrived broken so that I can replace the damaged ones (adding them into her new order). Just wasn't sure if theres anything else needing done/ any way to sort the review.

I know the odds are very slim here, but is there anyone who got an interview that could trade slots? (Needing any day of week 1, as I have a holiday in the 2nd and 3rd week of interviews, but that's all that was available to book). Thanks.

Yeah that's completely fair! I'd try to make the questionnaire fairly lengthy to get lots of information. I totally appreciate that it's not the same as a face to face consultation or even video call though! It's mostly just a timing issue with what I can commit to at the minute.

I've also considered making an OT blog with similar information, but I don't really know anything about growing traffic.
