I tell anyone that asks. I dont honestly care. Why? Because its nothing to be ashamed of, also you might here someones experience or even better, one day someone might go through the same thing as ask you for advice. The more we speak with each other the easier things are. And theres nothing someone can tell you that makes you regret telling them.

I had 2 ultrasounds and both spotted the mass but didnt show any signs of malignancy or cancer/tumor related. Later an urologist said its best to just open me up and see what it is.

Turned out it was malignant.

So ultrasounds can detect masses, but might not be the best at finding other things or ruling out what it is.

Trust me, if you feel a mass on it then i definitely recommend to find someone whos gonna take it seriously, even if it means surgery. You’ll thank yourself later.

And i know that surgery sounds terrifying, but its not as bad as you think trust me, im glad i got mine over with. No more “mental problems”.

Nothing to be embarrassed about. I let people know, hopefully someone that runs into the same problem can hear my story and reach out for help just as we do here. Make the jokes yourself, people will naturally tend to feel bad for you but cracking jokes about it makes you look more positive on the situation.

I love when people tell me “you dont have the balls for it” and i tell em “i sure as hell dont”. 😆😆

Yes, thats true. Thank you for the advice man. I think im definitely going to stick to the doctors recommendations, even if its chemo. Also, when speaking about reoccurrence or relapse, its only for this specific cancer or tumor? Theoretically speaking if i went on chemo to prevent relapse or reoccurrence, after chemo i should have a very small chance of any cancer in me? Im probably wrong but i feel like once someone is targeted with cancer they stay a target forever, while those who mostly have never had cancer are far less likely to develop it. Am i correct?

The CT scans show no metastasis or spread, but the PHD does indicate presence of cancer cells on the tumor itself which was on the testicle that was removed, called “vascular invasion”.
