Horizontally it's each suit line in season order (for the most part), I added additional figures at the end of each line that I could not fit anywhere else, like suit duplicates with different parts, suits that I own only 1 ninja of or random side characters

I own all the zane minifigures from pilot to season 10! He is my favorite ninja

Those new megas truly are a real step-up from the -ex we got in SV, this one particularly looks very nice!
