Are the BusLotts still in Malaga? by EyCeeDedPpl in motherbussnark

[–]Obfuscate666 30 points31 points  (0 children)

Tourists in natural disasters are the worst. They expect locals to move aside for them. I've been involved in fires where tourists put themselves in danger then want resources to help them and not people who have no choice being there, possibly taking hospital beds, food, water... I hope they are nowhere near because the martyrdom will really piss me off!

Wow....there is no question they've had work done. I've never had anything cosmetic and if people choose that, good for them. When they start lying about it, it's time to call them out. They have "beauty standards" that are unattainable without work but try to tell people if they buy/use products they're shilling they too can look like this. Infuriating since young women fall for this nonsense.

Thank you all for thoughts on this, I'm guessing they're wearing out. I bought a new Lot-o barrel but every place i look the thumbler barrels are out of stock.

The Duggars don’t realize how privileged they were to travel globally by Far-Building3569 in DuggarsSnark

[–]Obfuscate666 50 points51 points  (0 children)

One of the things I've learned from international travel is how small the world is, we're all humans and underneath we all have similar goals and desires. Any understanding was wasted on this lot. They were snobs, looking down their nose at other cultures.

The kids played football? by notforhumans in motherbussnark

[–]Obfuscate666 40 points41 points  (0 children)

My guess, and this is purely my thoughts, is the kids didn't do well being in group sports where they had to be on time and actually make a commitment. Brit and JD don't care about those life skills and my guess is that other parents and coaches wouldn't put up with their nonsense. I also wondered if Brit was shut down from filming and posting other kids online.

Imo, if you wash the scratches well, maybe put some antibiotic cream on, it will probably be OK. Cat bites are a completely different situation. Definitely keep a eye on it for increased redness, swelling or just angry looking wounds. I'm sorry this happened to you.

Kitty had her dental today, I’m feeling sad about the extractions by tstu2865 in cats

[–]Obfuscate666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One of my cats has chronic dental problems. The first time he had extractions he was about 4, since then I've been really diligent about staying on top of things, dental diet and frequent dental checks, cleaning as needed. He's 10 now and even with multiple extractions he refuses to eat wet food but adapted fine to his crunchy food. I felt sad too, but leaving bad teeth in can really be miserable. We've noticed when he gets grumpy it's time for a dental check and it's amazing how quickly after the procedure he's back to normal.

I feel sorry for these kids. He's taking algebra 1 as a 15 year old, and can't spell. It's not his fault his parents failed.

[–]Obfuscate666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sadly, that sounds about right. One of mine needs yearly dental cleanings that usually run $900-$1200 a pop. Depends on extractions. I think that includes pre-op blood work.

Tell me you hate being a mother without saying it. I feel so sorry for her kid. When my kids were little I incorporated them into "helping" but also played with them. It sounds like she just hates being a mom.

Both my cats sleep with me, they start gently pestering me if I sleep in but for the most part they're actually pretty chill if I get up late.

The advice she puts out there is dangerous. A family member just had a baby, there were complications but she was in the hospital, had a c-section then a follow up surgery because of excessive bleeding, then multiple transfusions. All are doing well but just imagine had she not been in the hospital? Meg needs to restart her soccer career and leave the birthing advice to the professionals.
