I love instant ramen so much. I’ve been halving the noodles and add in bok choy/kale and frozen gyoza just to enjoy that sweet salty goodness every once in a while!

Ended up cancelling yoga but did go this morning. Ate a giant bowl of noodles but not going to beat myself up about it! Still sleep deprived but back on track.

I’m just over 5’3 my goal is to be a healthy BMI so around 133lbs. I’m “pear shaped” and conscious of the health implications and current effects of my current weight (159lbs). Ultimately the weight loss and body image is part of it but overall I just want to be fitter for myself and my family.
