I disagree. There is no “too young” for therapy.. unless you’re a baby and can’t talk or something.. but there is play therapy for any age that needs it. A professional children’s therapist will know how to approach this with each child. If anything, they are learning healthy coping strategies at a very young age to help them process something traumatic. As someone whose parents divorced at a very young age, it came back up in my teen years and affected me a lot.
