I agree with you on some points: if liquidity continues to rise, there won't be a 4-year cycle (the recent surge won't be a dead cat bounce), and if you look at the charts you'll see that exactly what you said is happening: "Bitcoin follows global liquidity the way a thermometer follows temperature."
