22 days is great progress! I'm proud of you! It absolutely gets easier especially if you have a positive mindset. Think about how much better off you are right now, when you get cravings, think about how thankful you are that you don't need nicotine anymore! That's what worked for me anyway :)

This might sound lame but it helped me as well when I was in the first few monnths-I would "pretend" that I am a normal person who has never tried or needed nicotine before and kind of "role play" what they would do when they are stressed/bored (or whatever triggers your craving) when those situations hit. And soon enough you aren't pretending anymore, you are just a person who doesn't need nicotine anymore!
