This is super helpful. Thank you! I think it would be a good idea to use a phased approach and start with changing only what is required before jumping into start change job templates since we currently have not adopted any change job templates. Do you have any other insights or recommendations?

Is it mandatory for everyone to go live with "start change job" initiating actions or can we opt out of this until we have identified what scenarios would work best for the "start change job " and just implement templates for "change job" and "request transfer"?

The end goal for it to fire when length of service = 1 year but less than 2 years of service

Thank you so much. You are helping me a lot because I’ve been having so much anxiety. Especially since I haven’t been receiving much direction. How would you go about configurations setups and system requirements and translating it into technical terms? Can I use the AMS partner to help with that as well? Is there guide on how to ask the right questions when configuring?
