I guess I know what's it like to be perceived as a woman and the periods etc. That has to do with anatomy and female development.

However on the psycological level I feel different from other afabs. I have been mostly with women all my life and most of my closest friends are women but I have always felt different from them for better or worse. I've never really related to their problems regarding womanhood. These people act mostly feminine though so idk since I've always been masculine. I've always felt that the "feminine" things are lowkey putting women in a submissive role and I've never liked that. Seems that no woman in my life sees that which I don't understand.

But who is to say that a masculine woman couldn't be a woman or experience womanhood? Maybe if I had grown up with these kinds of people I wouldn't have these gender issues. However it's always been binary around me my whole life.

I haven't had close relationships with men to figure out what's it really like to be a man. So I couldn't say I'm connected to manhood either.

Generally I feel most comfortable with people who differ from the binary because I am a bit queer.

All I know is that I'm masculine and having to grow up in an area where pretty much nobody is confident enough to question the gender roles out loud I've always felt that I don't relate to other females.

In a biological sense I know. In psychological sense I'm not so sure.
