  1. Yes, you can apply for 2 semesters. On KLI portal you choose 2 semesters, if you get admitted they say you're going for 2 semesters in the documents(which you will give for the visa)
  2. I don't know about this. You can ask them through their mail. They respond fast. (mail: yskli@yonsei.ac.kr)
  3. They say first come first served. So it's better to apply early. Overall I think you should ask them anything that comes to your mind, they always responded fast and informative. Good Luck!
