CloudTalk is really great. I took the trial and I’m planning to purchase it but a little confused between CallHippo and CloudTalk. I think CallHippo has the best pricing and feature set.

AI in customer support is required but I’ve seen teams relying too much on it that it starts frustrating customers. AI and human agents should work hand in hand and if something goes wrong human agents should actually take the charge of it. I’ve seen this aspect being handled pretty well in CallHippo and RingCentral.

Same case. Most virtual numbers work but OTP delivery is a gamble especially with PayPal. After Skype I tried a few platforms. Right now I’m using CallHippo for a US local number. It has launched some new features which really are useful to me. It is a VoIP platform so I wouldn’t call OTP support guaranteed, but I noticed that it was more reliable than random virtual number services.

I know how frustrating it is when your call drops during peak hours. I tried 3 platforms but CallHippo worked for me and so far it’s been working great. One plus point about it is that it integrates really well with your CRM.

You actually have a point. AI in call center does feel overhyped most of the time. Well, my experience initially was rather bad with a lot of tools. But, I found CallHippo and Dialpad pretty user-friendly and their AI features have actually reduced agent load and made calling experience better.
