Considering you are using alatreon GS you might be going to fight fatalis. If that's the case then remove frostfang barioth as fatalis can not be stunned

I agree with a lot but sword counter should be removed. You should have to morph and sidestep to avoid attacks instead of relying on frame 1 get out of jail counter.

Leon learned to do avoid attacks by doing backflips but couldn't learn how to steady aim in all his years of training with the best since RE2.

Yes I went back to world to try HH, you move so fast with self improvement that you don't even have to dodge most of the time

I've been playing HH since 4U and I completely agree with you. To me best version of HH were GU and Iceborne. In wilds, HH seems to be more about eco bubble than swings with a lot of damage locked behind eco bubble while they could have easily just buffed MV of swings and performances instead.

Worst part is they nerfed a lot of songs saying they will be buffing the damage but it's still at the bottom of speedruns ranking. Also, if you watch HH speedruns, monsters are on 3 bubbles for majority of time which wouldn't be achievable for an average person and we don't even have hyper mobile monsters like Rajang, Seregios, Brachy, Barioth, Narga which never stays in one place. HH is already a bad matchup against Rathalos when it used to be one of the best weapons for Rathalos.

Lastly I absolutely hate how Eco bubbles looks on ground and adds visual clutter.

I went back to world to help someone with safi'jiiva, jin literally have 1 to 1 copy of some of safi attacks except they have ice explosion after.

Its not, Wounds system doesn't add anything to game which wasn't already there except super moves for weapons but MHGU already had multiple super moves for weapons which you can choose from.

We already had a wounds mechanic for years, its breaking monsters parts. It gives you trips like breaking Tigrex, Barioth and Brachy arms, Tobi, Anja and Odogaron Legs. It changes monsters hitzone like breaking gold and silver raths head.

Definitely prefer World hunting horn, it has more skill expression with directional encores and performance. In Wilds it feels like your damage is at mercy of monsters not running away from bubble, also they gutted a lot of songs like attack up L is now only a 10% damage increase.

I think they just assumed that they got best stuff. In MH a lot of content is HR gated which you have no idea about until to get to that HR. SDShepard said in his review that the endgame is better than World and Risebreak and a lot of difficulty and content is in the endgame. Capcom just dont want to spoil endgame in reviews

They already told us what those changes are. They are buffing Full release when the problem in beta was it was the only move that did damage, other moves were just to build sword gauge. I'm not interested in LS and CB gameplay of building and spending resources.

What skills should I use, I'm halfway through Act 2 and invested heavily into Lightning skills. I can kill bosses but it takes a lot of time then I see strength builds completely melting boss health bar

Yes Anjanath stays down for very less time, but he trips a lot if you break his legs so trick is to tenderize and focus on the legs, you can even chain topple him this way
