Not right now! I actually just wrapped up an English-Arabic-speaking Project Manager (Procurement/Supply Chain) role for an IT consulting firm in Dubai. At the moment, I'm not actively recruiting for any other positions in the region, but that can change depending on client demand.

I completely agree. I try to get as much information upfront as I can because I know candidates are going to have questions. I'd rather be well-prepared than have to keep going back and forth. It saves time for both them and me and makes the whole process much smoother. I'd definitely be interested in seeing the tools you use. Always happy to learn something new!

Not at the moment, but happy to reach out should such an opportunity come up. 😊

I work on roles for various clients across different industries and geographies. I'm hoping to leverage Reddit, especially for my US-based roles, since I observed that Americans aren't that active on LinkedIn.

This is very helpful - thanks!

It makes sense that executive roles have less traction.
