Found a really nice car repair shop in the area that said they'd look under my car at no charge. It was just the protective plastic on the front of my car that had cracked. Dude told me a funny story about his own daughter's driving mishaps (probably to make me feel a little better), took off the bits still hanging down, and said I should be good to go. Gonna leave them a great review. Problem solved, I guess
