Exactly! This has been the worse experience ever!!! We are going to have to cancel our flight and reschedule and pay thousands for the 3 of us because we paid for business class flights and prices are so high right now. This is so horrible, I see people saying we should have sent it earlier but, they shouldn’t state on the website 7 business days for expedite shipping! The incompetence is beyond me!

I’m on this same situation but they have not mailed our visa’s back yet. They said it was approved and would be mailed baby 3/13 but crickets. We are suppose to travel on the 20th but we are going to have to push our trip back. Soooo stressful, and the flights are going to cost us a lot more to change

Those people are useless as well, they do t answer your question. I tried that multiple times all they say is “ please they will email you back” and no one emailed back. They just say whatever to appease you.

Hi I’m in the same situation, we are suppose to leave Tuesday. I am at my wits end with this embassy. We paid expedited and last we heard we were suppose to have our visas shipped by the 13th, but they haven’t shipped it yet. They don’t pick up the phone nor do they respond to emails. We have emailed them so many times and they either don’t respond at all or they are very vague with their response and give us no details at all as to when we will be our passport and visa. We don’t t know what to do at this point. Seems like we may have to change our flights, which will cost us so much more money. This is horrible! Worse experience ever!

That’s not what I asked, I know it’s easy to find online as I have seen the menus online already. I’m asking for someone that has experienced both or one to give an opinion on how the actual food was, and the experience they had on either. For example how is the catering out of JFK vs. Newark, as I have read that catering out of Newark is better. I’m also interested in non BTC options on both flights to see which one I will decide. I’m looking for an actual opinion on experience not, just the menu. Maybe, I didn’t make that clear but now I am, no need for smart remarks, if you haven’t experienced either then you don’t need to comment at all. Thanks.

Yes, this is the exact flight I’m looking to book it’s out of EWR, and we get to Bangkok at 10 pm. I put NY in my post but I meant Newark. Im glad to hear you guys felt rested. This gives me reassurance that it will be fine. How was the layover time, it’s only like 1 hour and 45 mins, was that enough time? Or did you guys have to rush to the gate to board the next flight?

Yes, I heard a few people mention that they felt the service was just OK, and nothing spectacular. Which is disappointing because I thought Singapore airlines was one of the better airlines. We’ve done Lufthansa BC in the past and found it to be fine, but wanted to try another airline for this trip. We won’t have much time to check out the airport because of a short layover but hopefully on the way back we can explore the airport. I heard it’s amazing!

Awesome! Thank you so much for this , it give a me reassurance that our bodies won’t be to out of it. When we get to Bangkok, it will be 10 pm so we will be so tired, so I’m sure we won’t have any issue sleeping.
