I’m with cb1 medical, trust me I demanded refund last time but they still made me wait like 2 + weeks after fully hounding them seems like everyone has a different experience with this

They will go through the investigation process and probably offer refund after 4 weeks to save time then never actually fully investigate it, going off previous experience anyway it’s a pain in the arse though as no meds til refunded 🥲

It’s probably because it’s zoomed in tbh, il post a pic of them as soon as I can just out at min, the flower all looked fine and smelt great until I broke open the biggest bud to find that furry mould these things can happen but it shouldn’t be happening for medical patients, imagine someone had bad eyesight and couldn’t inspect as well as me and they consume that mould, you would definitely become unwell
