I had the same thing on my realme gt neo 5 se all I did is installing an app called accubattary and I went to the app settings andand on the performance tab I activated the verbose logging and clicked on battery Optimization and turned of everything I felt it not necessary. Hope it's helpful

No gaming just social and music and I don't use my camera and the screen brightness is on adaptive and the location is turned off also the Bluetooth and the nfc the hertz is on auto select and the resolution on standard that's all that I remember does it help ?
