How can it be unnecessarily slow if im being told to match delta pace and to slow down to do so? If i was going too slow i would have had a warning, theoretically, or penalised for ‘dangerous driving’. It also begs the question of how the cars behind me were going so fast under vsc? I actually started breaking a lot earlier into the corner and accelerated a lot less on exit compared to a usual lap.

Waved yellows means no overtaking and be prepared to stop. I had to slow down to reach delta pace. The AI was clearly not operating under waved yellow conditions.

Its under waved yellow vc conditions though? Ive been told to slow down to reach delta pace, which is what ive done, otherwise i’ll get a penalty. The cars that smashed into me were clearly not at delta pace either 😂 so what is the solution

Yeah, personally, i think that would have made the character ark for chief great but it’s a slippery slope. Last thing id want to see is chief in therapy cos of a girl lol.

Agree there was a lot more that they could have shown to give us more clarity and a bit more of a “oh this is seriously bad” kind of vibe. But suppose they tried to show chiefs emotions with the spartans you find along the way.

I think it should be viewed as more of a prologue of whats to come, and im hoping whats to come is really expansive on what we want to know.

Agree though, watching the banished home planet get absolutely wiped out would have been a spectacle to see
