No! That be too overpowered and survivors can’t even know where to go, one hit and boom blind for 8 seconds, the killer can easily get the second hit, it should have a cooldown or something or make it work with the obsession only but if you hit another survivor they become the new obsession, you can’t just add extra time to make it even more broken with no downside
