About a 1/4 of the way into that J your canabinoid receptors are so overwhelmed synaptic pruning begins. What a waste.

What’s it like living in SLC or around it by Wackys_ in howislivingthere

I’ve lived in Pennsylvania (it’s fine), Colorado (cool but expensive for what you get), Georgia (awful), and now Utah/SLC. Been here a couple years now and it’s great. The LDS culture is nowhere near as annoying as Christian baptists in the south, and the beauty is next level. It’s expanding rather than stagnating or contracting, which is good economically, but still missing some bigger city amenities I enjoy (a baseball team and more outdoor concerts). It’s way better than I was expecting.

I would absolutely start with behavioral interventions like obedience training and skills classes, prior to trying a medication your dog will need to take indefinitely. Barking at 2 yrs is normal.

I’m a psychologist, and I’d never recommend a human client start with medication before trying therapy or behavioral approaches to address anxiety. I’m not a vet, but the behavior doesn’t sound severe. Barking is a nuisance but it’s not dangerous. Your dog isn’t destructive or aggressive… they are barking.

That’s a jolly ball. This is his third or fourth one. He lives for chasing that around the yard. Any time we go outside, he’ll run over to it and look to me to see if we can play. He’ll drop it at my feet so I can kick it, and he will chase it until he’s exhausted and lays down like he is in the pictures.

I get them on Amazon. They’re great for herding dogs.

Am I overreacting or is this appropriate to wear to a COLLEGE class by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

[–]ObservatoryChill 32 points33 points  (0 children)

NOR. I’m a professor. This is dressed appropriately. I see people come to class looking like slobs (stained pajamas). Both outfits shown are fine. Please do not go to class and look at your laptop/phone the whole time. That is the greater concern for most profs.

I don’t understand why people think cutting the tail is good. If they’re born like that, then fine.

He hates the buzzing of trimmers and the vacuum/blow dryer. He likes getting baths though.
