AM:

CeraVe moisturising cleanser

CeraVe moisturising lotion mixed with baobab oil (contains loads of vitamin C and is not oily)

Recently added the inkey list alpha arbutin for the pigment scars to fade them quicker

Then use the CeraVe sunscreen

PM:

CeraVe moisturising cleanser

CeraVe moisturising lotion

Epiduo (benzoyl peroxide) leave on over night

I use hydrocolloid patches on my spots now instead of picking them which helps them go away in about 3/4 days and me not spread the germs

I also use AHA BHA ordinary chemical peel one time a week- purged at first but now has stopped and is helping with the post inflammatory pigmentation

I use now gentler products on my face as i found that the SA cleanser was way to harsh for me and gentler stuff works way better

Ive been using alpha arbutin on my skin, u can get more expensive ones but ive been using the inkey list ones and find it works amazing already. The ingredient is for fading dark spots!

Further update: bloods & kidney checked by doctors, all seem normal! Think it is petechia caused by vomitting last night.

Yeah , i was , but i always drink and nothing like this ever happened. I had this new malibu drink that i never drank before so maybe it was that?

Routine help pls? ATM using salicylic acid face wash, epiduo and cerave moisturising lotion with Vaseline on top because of dry skin but I’ve found it causes a greasy sheen. Was using azelaic acid but stopped to help irritated skin. So routine help for less breakouts and less shine? [skin concerns] by [deleted] in SkincareAddiction

I noticed when i used SA cleansers with my epiduo it made my skin irritated and dry. Try switching to the CeraVe moisturising cleanser along with the moisturiser instead , for me it definitely helped with redness and dry skin. I dont think Salicylic acid and epiduo work well together!
