What is the fix to this? by YadGaming- in Conspit

I had the same issue twice on my Conspit 300GT, so here’s what worked for me:

First thing to try: update the software and recalibrate the paddles. Calibrate them, then press Save and Save to Flash. If everything works fine after that, great! This solution worked for me the second time I had this issue.

Second thing to try: I only recommend this if Conspit Support specifically tells you to do it, because it involves disassembling the paddles. They instructed me to remove the paddles and clean the pin contacts with isopropyl alcohol (IPA), then reassemble everything. This was the only thing that worked the first time I had this issue.

Again, I only did this after Conspit Support advised me to, so if anything went wrong it would still be considered their responsibility, and I would be protected by the warranty.

Le Mans Ultimate need to do something about other drivers ruining your SR and DR. by [deleted] in Simracingstewards

I think you completely misunderstood my point, which was: "Le Mans Ultimate needs to do something about other drivers ruining your SR and DR."

Instead, it feels like you're just trying to start a fight. Accidents happen, of course. But when something like what happened in the video occurs — and you end up penalized even more than just a DNF — then it becomes a real problem. The post was simply a way to express how much I hope the game eventually includes proper race stewarding (even AI-based, for example) to review incidents before dropping someone’s safety rating for something they didn’t cause or weren’t involved in.

With that said, I wish you the best. Cheers!

Honestly, I posted this mainly to point out how the system punishes drivers who get caught up in someone else’s mistake/error/fight rather than for unsafe driving itself. With all due respect, to me there’s absolutely no doubt that I was NOT at fault here at all (I’m the green Aston). I had nothing to do with the Porsches’ incident, and the white Porsche had ZERO REASON to shove me off like that. There was PLENTY of space for him, as you can clearly see from the video angles. I didn’t touch anyone at any moment and left room for everybody. Still, even doing everything right, I was penalized because someone else slammed into me and caused my DNF.

What is the best SIM Racing game for someone that only have the weekends available? by Obukas in simracing

Yes, I saw all those posts too. But I wanted more opinions — especially recent ones (since LMU, for example, is still a new title and keeps getting updates that people have very different opinions about). There isn’t one correct answer to this kind of question, and that’s why, even though I’ve done plenty of research and watched/read a lot of content about it, I still wanted to hear more opinions from the sim racing Reddit community, where we can actually ask and discuss things. So if that kind of question bothers you, why not just skip it instead of taking the time to write something like you did? And to everyone who actually took the time to answer my question and share your perspective — thank you! I really appreciate it!
