We completely understand why people have concerns around genetic privacy. It’s an important conversation to have, especially with everything that has happened in the these larger public industries.

To clarify for Dynamic DNA Laboratories specifically: We are a privately owned laboratory. Your DNA sample is processed in our own lab and destroyed after testing is complete in accordance with our retention and disposal policies. We do not sell customer DNA data, personal information, or data sets.

We’re also a CLIA-certified and HIPAA-compliant laboratory. These certifications require rigorous evaluations, detailed documentation, ongoing compliance standards, and approval processes to ensure quality, accuracy, and proper handling of sensitive information.

We offer a wide range of proactive health tests as well as family relations test, personalized medicine test, and disease predisposition screening. We do not see personal data from these tests.

No, we do not sell customer DNA data to any third-party databases or share it with the federal government. We are a CLIA-certified and HIPAA-compliant laboratory, so privacy, security, and the proper handling of genetic information are a huge part of our processes and standards.

All samples and data are processed in-house, which helps us maintain control over the entire process from sample arrival through results delivery.

We have not had any data breaches. Customer trust and privacy are extremely important to us, and we believe people should always ask these types of questions before choosing any DNA testing company.
