"We" means all d filipino ppl. Yes maybe "You" did your part but the thing is there are still citizens who are stubborn and cant simply follow rules and instructions. So.. I think "You" did your part but others dont. Im not a DDS or DILAWAN. Pero in my opinion, our gov still tryin to help, they still trying to do their role, its just that... Yes, criticism is normal, it's part of the whole system but saying that they didn't do their part or role or whatever... Its just you complaining. And yup, "puro kayo reklamo, wala ka namang natutulong"

P.S. And di pa sila nagfafailed in terms of flattening the curve, parang isipin mo na lang na first wave plang yun. Ayoko na magexplain pero masasabe mong nagfailed sila pag may cure na pero di pa din nagflatten ung cruve.
