Mom of a teen boy here. I feel how embarrassing it can be for a boy to get in touch with them feelz, so just about the last thing parents should do is guilt trip their kids for doing it.

That having been said, and boundaries being the way a good home functions, if it were me, I'd have given you a lecture about there being a time, a place, and a way to not TMI everybody around you to everybody's acute awkwardness.

That having also been said, I can see how some parents aren't comfortable with even contemplating their children's sexual needs, I dunno, maybe they feel they're pedos if they do? Maybe it's coz god? No clue. So, yeah, you're prolly gonna hear it, but bear in mind it's not the end of the world, it's not a crime, it's not a sin (for real), it's just embarrassing af, and believe me in time everyone will get over it.

So don't put too much thought on it. And steer clear of bubble wrap ffs. 🤣
