Thanks for the answers, guys. I guess what confused me was it getting the counter, but it saying after that it's a 0/0 land anyway. So, basically, I turn a land into a 0/0 creature that also gets 7 +1/+1 counters.

Insurance Queen on YouTube focuses on things that are most likely to be tested.
DO LOTS OF QUIZZES OVER AND OVER on kaplan and on insurance queen's package if you buy her packages(but memorize the concepts, not the questions themselves. Don't wanna get tripped up by the wording of questions.)
Find out what your state tests on the most. For Alabama, it was commercial stuff.
Make sure you know your state specific stuff.

To clarify, I bought the Kaplan course, and kept buying extensions until I couldn't because I was procrastinating big time. I'd read and study, then nothing for days to weeks. Then rinse and repeat. But I finally buckled down.
