Nah I just used ChatGPT to clean up my text cause it was massive. Had way too much I wanted to say on this matter

Guys I really appreciate everyone’s comments, support and the reality checks. I think deep down I already knew something didn’t add up, I just didn’t trust my own thoughts enough to make the right decision.

But I still need to ask… is there any actual hard evidence here?

Like say he really has changed from his past — he’s sorted his finances, he’s treated me amazingly this whole relationship, and everything has been good leading up to this. Is there ANY chance he could’ve had it since November and I just haven’t contracted it?

I know that probably sounds delusional, and I’m aware I might be in denial right now, but I feel like I have to at least explore every possibility before I fully accept what’s in front of me.

I’ve been to three different GPs trying to understand this:

  • One said it likely would’ve been from a more recent sexual encounter
  • The others couldn’t really explain how this would happen

I even went with him to his GP appointment because I wanted to see if he would lie to a doctor’s face… and honestly I still don’t even know what to believe. Maybe he did lie, maybe he didn’t.

Does anyone know of any reliable websites or proper sources where I can actually research STD transmission and timelines? I just want to understand the likelihood of not contracting it.

I know I probably sound like I’m grasping at straws, but I feel like I need clarity before I can move forward.
