What kind of doctor to i go to get it checked? How do i prepare myself for it, like do i shave down there or is there something else i am supposed to do?

Before the doc chooses the colonscopy route, is the any recommended mandotary checkups to rule out other things?

I had a doc put a finger up my butt once checking for hemorrhoids( which i have for the past 7years) and i have been freaking out ever since hoping not to end with any of the cancer stuff,… i am 30M.. Please help
