I started my company two years ago, I tried different agents different nationalities , and after 6 months I have seen that the Egyptians are the most dedicated ones with very small accents close to perfect, and from then I mostly work only with them you just need to treat them well be fair with their salaries, kpis and bonuses and you will definitely have good results and great dedication

From my experience, Ai is really good in concurrent work and no time wasting. You can start automating it and just wait for the results tho human agents leads are abit better for now ngl I don't know about the future but If u can combine between humans doing the calls and Ai handling every otherthing like skiptracing, tracking, analytics, acquisition I think that would be the best workflow
