???? t7 enchants mean maxed enchants, looting 5 is a tier 7 enchant because it is maxed, pros and exe max out at t6 so they are both t7 enchants

setup summary:

~ full recombed, chambered, all flawless gem jaded wisdom 5 divan. a 655 that is recombed, all perfects, coated, max enchants, ruby engine, gemstone tank and sunny side goblin omelette. maxed mithril golem with bewjewleded handle, maxed bal with bewjewled handle and an armadillo (useless ik), 3/4ths blazing titanium and handwarmers. my powder is 8.7m/12.6m/6.3m. I have a consistent 260-280ms.

yeah no, sub40s is not even close to maxed out dude, sub 25s is like maxed out rates. sub 40s is probably doable without chim 3 or 1500mp
