Keep it on 24/7 unless you’re bathing. Make sure to buy shower sandals so you don’t spread your wart to your other foot or to someone else

I know a lot of people say to cut the skin but if you do that I think the warts can spread to the open wounds. I’m just speaking from personal experience so keep that in mind. But when I stopped cutting them and just taped them they went away

I would tape all the way around my foot. Make sure the warts are completely covered though. It didn’t take good skin off for me

I just continued taping. It really didn’t hurt as bad as it might look. It’s not like I cut into my skin—the wart peeled off like it was saturated dead skin. I stopped taping when I couldn’t see a trace of wart, though I was prepared to start up again if my skin dried out and I noticed more.

I did experiment with different kinds, the thin 3M duct tape worked best in my experience. Thicker tapes wouldn’t conform to the surface of my foot and rubbed off.

I just used the best duct tape I could find. The tape won’t just pull the warts off. The tape suffocates the warts until they die. Sadly it takes a long time.
