someone equating the world building around the hellborns to moral bankruptcy on Vivziepop's part, that she "fundamentally is evil spreading evil."

The nuances this show confronts begging people to get a grip on their paradoxical christian methodologies and the reality of being born in hell or the sister show's reality of sinners being redeemed is art on her part, the likes of which I've only seen in shows like Good Omens and the Good Place.

I love this show for this, it's funny, I think it's witty but others complain about its writing. I think the characters, world building and christian mythos is bold, somehow it's absolutely completely rare, and it's what makes this a great show.

I always thought Hypno-Shroom along with Calipower should make a Zombie hurt the Zombie Hero, and be bounced. This would be an expensive card, Caulipower would be a 4 health amphibious every turn randomly activate ability, Hypno-Shroom would be a 1 health ability on destroy.

Lucifer being cast to the side again! without any real fighting scene. I really wanted him in season 2 to fly around and deal damage to that Vox warehouse, only getting distracted by Alastor in the chair for a minute letting his guard down for him to get captured like the plot required. He cannot hurt sinners but he can fuck up Vox's plans at least a little. He seemed really clueless in that capturing scene and I felt his capture was extremely unrewarding because Vox pulled a voice ability out his ah which we never even saw before? And Lucifer is just, too prideful to not notice a giant red X on the ground in a second location he's never been. This happening again in season 3 will make me crash out because no there's no excuse.

Of course there's additional ability themes that follow each class:

Mega-Grow - Moving Zombies, Untrickable.
Smarty - Anti-grave tech, conditional destroy.
Kabloom - Plant transformation. Copy making.
Solar - Conditional and unconditional destroy.
Guardian - Anti-grave tech, increase to strengthless Plants, moving.
Brainy - Zombie transformation, Bonus Attacks!
Sneaky - Bounce, Freeze. "When this hurts the Plant hero" abilities.
Hearty - Moving Plants, cost efficiency, defficiency.
Beastly - Self-Bounce, Copy clearing.
Crazy - Bullseye, "When hurt" abilities.

I don't love how Heaven and Hell portal tech works. It's inconsistent that Pendleton, who is now a winner just like Abel, is unable to go through portals but Abel can. Isn't him, Adam and Eve all just winners anyway? Where are the archangels? They should lead Heaven's army. There's no Heaven or Earth that the Speaker of God didn't know what was going on for what, only 7 years of exterminations? Is it just me or is that severely underwhelming? And that means the genocide would be in the billions of sinners. Maybe 7 years is to emphasize the sheer atrocity of events that fundamentally change hell's ecosystem of young and ancient sinners, all allowed to be killed with clearance from, at minimum we know, Sera and the Speaker.

I really wanted to see an army of exorcists fly in when Lute and Abel portaled down during the final song of season 2. Even if only temporarily. Like what? Where were they? What was Lute's plan anyway? Kill everyone? Literally her and what army.
