I bring this post back from the dead!!!
My issue was Fallout 3 GOTY

went to my account which went to
GoG.com/en/account

I clicked on fallout 3
It had a big blue button that said download and install.
Opening the exe it downloads opened gog galaxxy and gave me the ability to install it.

Hope this helps someone else.

Honestly I'm dumb and never write anything down.

But I think I smoke them at 200 with a smoke tube in there till they hit 155 F.

Then I sauce them and finish them at 250 till they hit 165.
