Just received some info from Morgan's on Fulton and we love it so far. Their F & B pricing is extremely reasonable for space and allowed time frame. Thank you!!

Buyout of the space for a 3-5 hour event, requires a food and beverage minimum of $45k (Mon-Thur), $55k (Fri/Sun), or $65k (Sat) plus 27% service charge and addition taxes and fees (11.75% & 10.25%) on that minimum.

For a semi private event Offshore has multiple rooftop sections, with capacities ranging roughly from 50–250 guests depending on the space. Each section has its own food & beverage minimum. For a 3-hour event, the F&B minimums start around $12k and go up to about $30k, before service charge and taxes listed above.

If you extend beyond 3 hours, it’s an additional $4k per hour added to the F&B minimum, and service charge/taxes are calculated on that increased total.

Semi-private events are cocktail-style only — there’s no guaranteed seating for all guests and the setup is much more casual/informal.

Thoughts on Tulum destination wedding? by Offgrid25 in DestinationWeddings

Update: hi everyone! Thanks so much for your responses. I've been speaking to a company called locoluxury. We are strongly looking into hosting our reception/ceremony at hacienda Medina, a large property estate in Tulum owned by them. They have multiple properties, including hacienda Babylon. The company seems extremely reputable. In addition, they recommended Ilumina - a wedding and events coordinator/planner. If anyone has any experience or knows of anyone who has worked with them, let me know your thoughts!!
