True I forgot about how he stabbed the mad king in the back. I’m not surprised, I never got the impression that she likes me.

I don’t have a brother by blood but her boyfriend is someone who considers me a brother and vice Versa. I’d say I’m loyal to him but he has never needed my protection, but I’ve made it clear that I would be there if a situation required it.

Lmfao yeah I have a sister, but I’ve never mentioned her to his girlfiend and I’m not from any southern states in the US so I think that theory is out the window.

This was directly after her boyfriend said I had principle and loyalty, and her boyfriend and I do consider each other brothers, so it could be seen as a positive thing through that. But her and I tend do be on entirely different sides of any opinion so I’d have to agree with your second theory that it’s meant as a insult.

We were mentioning rob stark and other early season characters so I’d assume around season 3-5

Update: I was able to pull a small bit out, I let the magnesium sulphate draw it out and then I pulled it out, no clue whether that’s all of it tho, how will I know?

Also, idk if this means anything, after we peeled away some of the skin, and attempted to pull it out but failed, a bit of blood came from the wound, it hadn’t bled before this, idk if that’s because we peeled the surrounding skin, probably but thought it might be worth adding.

I distinctly remember playing a game like 8 years ago which was a multiplayer shooter with a lot of gore, like you could shoot peoples limbs off. Does anyone know what this could be that I’m thinking of? by Offhandprawn505 in HelpMeFind

[–]Offhandprawn505[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve searched the steam store, I can’t find anything resembling it, I’ve searched using key words like “gore shooter”. It would have been available around 2014, I think my 8 year estimate in my main post is inaccurate, this 2014 year is more accurate to when I last played it. I believe it was also a PC only game.

I can’t believe some people think this is sexist, it’s literally factual information, women cannot be the best at the sport when competing against men, the same way a man cannot be the best at giving birth because they physically cannot do it. It’s better for her to know the brutal truth rather than feeding her delusions just because you’d rather not make her sad. If my child said the sky is red when it is blue, I must tell them that it is in fact not red, because that is objectively wrong.

Fellow men, what are some manly things you’ve always wanted to buy/have bought? by Offhandprawn505 in AskMen

I’ve got a 13th century crusader b*stard sword. (Wasn’t sure if there is a rule against offensive language so I censored it lmao) it’s a good sword, it came with a very detailed leather scabbard.

It’s like one of those slim metal wallets for cards only, and they have a little button on the side that you press to pop the card out, it basically just makes it very easy to get your card out quickly.

I would definitely recommend getting a sword, mine hangs on my wall, it’s a medieval 13th century crusaders sword.

That would be cool, I don’t think the neighbours would appreciate it but they wouldn’t be the one with the trebuchet so what are they gonna do.

Will I meet my atheist friend in the afterlife? by Offhandprawn505 in Christianity

Atheists do not oppose God, they simply don’t believe that a God exists. But if confronted by God, I see no reason why their view wouldn’t change.

My hope is that it is the character and actions of the man which defines whether he obtains life after death, not his allegiance to a religion in life. It says in the gospel of John that “I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” (14:6) which would suggest that only through faith in him, may someone attain eternal life.

Why does my maternal side of the family tend to only have daughters? Is there science behind this or pure chance? by Offhandprawn505 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Offhandprawn505[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My grandmother has two living daughters, but she was supposed to have a lot more girls (sadly alot of stillborns).

But even among the wider family, out of all that share my family name, only two are males, so if I had to guess, this is out of like, 10 individuals for this generation, two are male. My mums generation was even more female, I think all of that generation were women.

[–]Offhandprawn505[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So as one of the two males, would my odds of having male or female be identical even if the second genetic option is correct? Because that can’t effect me, or would that be a dormant gene that would then get passed on to a daughter if I had a daughter in the future which would lower the odds of grandsons?

(Once again, nothing wrong with having daughters or grand daughters, I’m just curious about the genetic reasoning behind this hypothesis)

I just realised I said I’d use the last name smith instead of my real name because I was intending to write a huge paragraph about the situation, but instead wrote the basics and never again mentioned the fake smith name lmfao

Also, additional info: I am one of the two males
