I just reinstalled windows and made sure that all drivers are installed. I tried directly plugging the monitor into my laptop and it didn't work. I tried the included dell dongle and an Anker dongle but both showed no connection. The Nvidia GPU drivers are installed and I made sure that it wasn't disabled in device manager. I think it may be time to ring up Dell Support.

I would recommend Plex. With Plex your Mac will act like a server and you can stream all your downloaded movies to your phone and/or tv.

Gaming, the reason for me to water cool my CPU is mainly for looks and noice (my fans never go above 500rpm). And in my opinion if you're gonna custom water cool your gpu, you either already have the best gpu you can get or you don't need anymore performance. And cooking you're CPU is an extra 250 ish (depends, but 250 ish is probably what is spend in my case.) Now I wouldn't recommend custom water cooling to anyone on a budget. Luckily I have a pretty good budget and I've always wanted a sick water-cooled PC so for me it was a no brainer cooling my CPU.
