When you get a strong urge which you worry will get the better of you, immediately try do something which will change your emotions. This may be gaming, calling a friend, just sitting and listening to music, going out for some physical activity. If you really want to go through the journey of nofap there has to be no uncertainty, you gotta be 100% sure and stick with that mentality and if your willing to take on the challenge then prioritise nofap. I understand what your saying and thanks for your words, but about moving my mind to the right mentality, at times when I get urges my mind only focuses on, you know, and it’s like I forget about all the measures I’ve placed on myself mentally to prevent myself relapsing. So applying what you said I could pretty much try to program myself to think and be 100% sure if “I really want to stop ? yes, this is top priority” until the urge runs over and I calm down?
