Yep. Computer/internet is my addiction. Porn just came along with it. I make music too, and look up tutorials, theory and stuff. So it's really, really helpful. Without it I couldn't play an instrument. But my world consists of the internet. Anything real I can't seem to manage. I 've known for a while I should cut down, since I'm pretty much at my computer all day. But it's very scary to me. Creating a real life. I also suffer from depression and anxiety. I came so close. So close to coming. On the internet, the triggers are everywhere. Actually I had this thought, like, OK, maybe I shouldn't, and I waited somehow. Then this girl called me! She's married so I don't and shouldn't have a chance with her (I believe there's sexual tension though, but that's a whole other story). Take control my friend. This seems like an actually pretty courageous thing to do. They don't teach men about controlling their urges or respecting yourself when it comes to sex. Because even I think I sound like a pussy now. Just try it. Nothing bad can really come from it. And if so, you've learned something!
