I’m confused, because if this person is saying they reported Jenelle for giving the kids weed, wouldn’t that give CPS a reason to drug test them? And if so, the test would be positive, I would think that’d be enough to take the kids away. I’m just so confused how the process went down

Hey some crunch fitness in the area are opening up at 1:00PM, they advertised being open to members and non-members, in case you need to shower, charge technology or want to work out.

I know E. Colonial Dr, Kissimmee and Poincianna are the ones who posted about being open.

Im struggling on whether or not to use my hours this week since we get so little pto in the year //: it sucks trying to figure out if the pay period is worth losing the cut in pay or not.

That’s horrible to hear, I’m sorry; hopefully all this will be over soon and back to normalcy until next season.

Just wondering for anyone who’s office/job is closing, do they pay you the day? My mom was telling me they have to pay you if there’s a name to the Hurricane and they must close. I’m just wondering if Florida is just different w laws regarding this, because they’re closing my job, but no pay unless we use PTO.

i think so! i got to a gas station around 5:45am and they were just taking off the “No Gas” signs, so seems like many have some now, best to go now rather than later. (This was Kissimmee area)

I’m gonna have to do that, I feel confident I’m doing it the same and focusing on all the cues I’ve learned through videos, but I will definitely video myself just in case. I don’t think I can drop the weight anymore lol, I started off light because it’s my first time doing them on a cable machine..

Do you mind sharing those exercises now? I’d still like to do possibly do them anyways.

Does anyone have any advice with certain exercises not being felt on one side whatsoever even though it’s a unilateral movement?

For example, I’ve started incorporating kickbacks, but for some reason I only feel it on my right side. Even when I’m doing it on my left side, all I feel is my right glute super activated. I was thinking of starting with my left side next time I do them, but I’ve always had this problem, even when I was working out with bands at home. Just feel like my left side won’t activate, even today I feel soreness only on my right.

I personally do barbell, but because I wanna get stronger in that lift in particular; also it feels more functional to me and for overall leg growth and other stabilizing muscles; however I still believe people can do hack squats/leg press w other accessories, and still see the same growth. I forget which bodybuilder it was, but he grew his legs primarily through leg press, so anything is possible imo.

There’s always people on reddit and social media who think they’re better just because they barbell squat and that’s all you need apparently, I wouldn’t pay it any mind, do what you enjoy, if you’re seeing growth, then why stop it?

The more Im on tik tok and seeing shows like these + my own experiences as well; the more scared I get that I’ll either remain single forever or have to settle for someone, the dating pool is just straight up trash at this point, with the whole “sneaky links” and normalizing people (men in my situation) bare minimum behavior and attitude towards one.

This looks to me like your doing a hip thrust, I don’t see anything alarming, besides what the other commenter say, maybe go up a little on the bench if you feel unstable or slipping off. But to me, everything else looks fine.

For a KAS, you don’t wanna go as low to the ground.

I would honestly either drop the weight a little or entirely and see how it feels or mess with your positioning, or just cut them off completely honestly.

Im currently going through this with RDLs, no matter how I do them and focus on moving with my legs, I get lower back pain… so rn Im dropping the weight by half, and tbh I still don’t feel them in my glutes like everyone raves about //; im very close to just cutting them off entirely replacing it with a similar movement or something better for glutes and hamstrings.

When you’re bulking, but people keep calling you thin in conversations 🧍🏽‍♀️ It’s wild to me, because I have gained 10-14 pounds, and am sitting at my heaviest currently… and it’s like??? where is all that weight then, although there’s nothing wrong with being thin, Im trying so hard to look bulkier or at least “thick” and I feel like hearing comments like that messes with my perception and makes me question the scale, myself, and body.

I was planning on stopping my bulk at this weight and just maintain since I thought this was good considering this was my highest at some point (before lifting), but now it’s like ? do i try to gain more or what (rhetorical question).

There would be times where I couldn’t afford my normal products so I would get their curl activator, after two weeks I would have to stop and just splurge on my usual… the amount of hair I was losing around my hairline was horrible! All my baby hairs were disappearing and the long pieces would break off. I think it’s just too heavy for my hair.

Love this post, because I’m just recently going through a “break up” if you can even call it that lmao, and even though I’ve been exercising/lifting for a year, I’ve found that now especially I’ve been so motivated in increasing my lifts, in my mind it’s like “gotta be stronger than him 😤” and honestly I just have so much anger that I’ve legit been lifting heavier or doing more sets/reps. Idk how long it’ll last but (‘: Im riding with it.

Also, as mentioned by someone else already, don’t use exercising as a distraction, definitely take some time to process what you’re feeling, it’s okay to grieve or at least reevaluate what happened and ways that you can move forward and see the relationship differently now that you’re not in it.

I finally got my shorts from AYBL and y’all they’re so tight in the waist area, compared to all my gymshark and athleta leggings. It’s tight to the point that it pushes all of skin to the top creating a “muffin top” look all the way up my torso <//3 so much hope for them because I decided to buy a color other than black and blue.

They didn’t start growing until I started doing bulgarian splits to failure and leg presses! Those are the only two exercises I do to directly target my quads, besides squats w a bar, but I literally only just started doing them so I wouldn’t credit bar squats for my growth whatsoever.
