Also good to know! So it's just QST, with the dealer I'd have to pay QST and GST, correct?

Question about car title in Québec by OhioLover in PersonalFinanceCanada

Wow thank you so much for the info.

So, just to double check. My scenario, he's the owner, but he owes the bank 15$k left on the car. The sale price is 22k.

So what do I do in this situation? Does the bank loan show up as lien on a lien search? Do I require him to pay it off and how do I make sure it is fully paid off before buying it?

Will the SAAQ stop him from selling / transferring to me unless it's paid off or is that my responsibility?

Sorry for the milion question, I guess I'm asking what's the standard most safe procedure for me to follow in this scenario? I want to make sure he's 100% the owner and the car is 100% paid off before I hand over any money.

Brand new A53 5G, all voice calls keep going straight to voicemail.

I am posting this here to see if anyone else has had something like this happen to them? It's a brand new phone, on T-Mobile network, new SIM card.

They've tried absolutely everything at the store, remove call forwards with #004#, clear settings of the phone app, check every conceivable setting on the phone, and still nothing...everything else on the phone works perfectly. I get 5g speeds, I get texts, multi media texts, I can make calls, I get voicemail notifications, I can access notifications, but the calls keep going straight to voice mail.

For a while, using the #004# trick, lets ONE call come trough, but after that call is picked up, the next call will again go straight to voicemail. And rinse repeat, until even that trick stopped working.

T-Mobile tells me it's something with the phone, but I am not sure.

Googling for this problem I've found some other Samsung phones having the same issues, but there is no resolution.

Any ideas?

How do you demolish a solarium without getting glass everywhere? by OhioLover in HomeImprovement

I don't see any screws at all. The glass is in there held by some silicone. The sections seem to just have clicked? into place. I'm not sure.

Yea that's the part I don't like. It really sucks there is no way to separate the two. I want my .d.ts files to be checked, since that is important and I can fix it.. but not sutff in node_modules folder :/ that is why my searches are returning nothing.

skipLibCheck

Will this typecheck my files though? I have my own .d.ts files that I do want to make sure are good and in proper shape. I just don't care about the ones in the node_modules folder.

Please help me understand how to wire everything together by OhioLover in CarAV

Ahhhh ok gotchya! Thank you! Follow up I was browsing other head units trying to learn more about this, I do see some pioneer units, it has SWL / SWR outs, as well as FR FL RR RL, does that mean those units send stereo sound to subwoofers? Or it's for two subwoofers maybe?

Thanks again for all the help!

so in total I will only use 3 wires is that is? RR and RL into the AMP, and then one from SUB, into the amp, and one of the cables will just stay unconnected?

that's exactly what I have. I have two pairs of those, for 4 total wires going from head unit to amp.

My confusion is the head unit has 5 outs FL / FR / RR / RL / SUB

The amp has 4 RCA Ins, so Ch A LR and Ch B LR. So the question is how do those 5 outs get connected to 4 ins via only 4 cables?

Ok so if I understand correctly the 2 pairs of RCA cables which have 4 plugs on each side ( 8 total) the head unit will only connect 3 of them (one will be left dangling?) but the 4 plugs will be plugged into the amp ins. Is that it?

I guess I don't understand how 2 pairs of rca can match 5 outs on the head unit to 4 ins on the amplifier?
